Authorized use
Use the Academy only for training assigned or approved by your training administrator. Do not attempt to access another user's account, lab session, files, or administrative functions.
Accounts and information
Keep your sign-in credentials private. Do not put production passwords, classified information, personal records, or other sensitive operational data into lessons, exams, or lab VMs.
Lab environments
Lab VMs are temporary practice environments. They may expire, reset, or be deleted when a session ends. Save only work your instructor asks you to retain outside the lab. Do not use Academy systems to attack or disrupt other systems.
Training records
The Academy records account activity, class and exam progress, lab results, and administrative actions to operate training and assess readiness. Authorized administrators may review these records.
Availability and conduct
Training services may be unavailable during maintenance. Report security concerns or unexpected access to your training administrator. Misuse may result in loss of access.
